David Koelling

FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

David, a renowned restaurateur, transformed the fine dining scene in the dinner cruise industry as the COO of Odyssey Cruises in major cities like Chicago, Boston, and Washington D.C. He’s consulted for prestigious venues including Michael Jordan Golf Centers and Jack Nicklaus’ Wynstone Country Club, and founded acclaimed restaurants like The Greenery and Biloxi Grill. His leadership as VP of Corporate Services for Senior Lifestyle Corporation earned industry recognition, including the 2011 Industry Innovator Award from the International Council on Active Aging and the Best of The Best 2012 Award from the Assisted Living Federation of America. With a BA from Michigan State University, David’s entrepreneurial spirit has been acknowledged with nominations for Inc. Magazine’s Entrepreneur of the Year award, and he’s been honored by Illinois with the Partner in Eldercare award for his dedication to providing meals for seniors in need.

Steve Servant

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Steve brings his well-rounded success from nearly 40 years of food and hospitality service operations, clinical nutrition and business development roles in the Senior Living and Healthcare industry to Strategic Dining. Known for his strength and expertise in senior level business development roles, Steve helped build two well-established healthcare support service outsourcing giants during their rapid ascent to national and global status. Following a five-year period as principal of his own company, Steve joined forces with Unidine as a shareholder and executive team member positions including Division President for the Senior Living Culinary Group and SVP leading strategic account and new business development. As Chief Commercial Officer for Strategic Dining, Steve leads strategic growth and market strategy and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Jill Kuntz

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Jill Kuntz, the Chief Operating Officer of Strategic Dining Services, is a seasoned Operations specialist with a demonstrated history of success in the restaurant industry and contract dining sector. With a strong foundation in Financial P&L Management, Food & Beverage operations, and Hospitality Management, Jill brings a strategic approach to optimizing operational efficiency while prioritizing exceptional customer service. Her adeptness in coaching and developing teams, combined with her communication degree from Villanova University, underscores her commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performing organizational culture. Jill’s leadership is instrumental in driving growth and innovation within Strategic Dining Services, as she continues to spearhead initiatives that elevate the dining experience for clients and patrons alike.

RonnDa Peters

VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING

With over 19 years of sales and marketing management experience spanning the hospitality and senior living sectors, RonnDa brings a wealth of expertise to her role. As Vice President of Marketing, she spearheads the development of comprehensive branding, website, and marketing initiatives. RonnDa’s diverse roles, including Sales Specialist, Regional Sales Manager, Corporate Sales Programs Manager, and National Sales Trainer, have honed her skills in sales training, leadership development, and program implementation. With a Bachelor of Arts in hotel and restaurant management from the University of Wisconsin at Stout, RonnDa is dedicated to fostering synergy among senior community leadership teams to optimize ROI and implement cost-effective management strategies.
